I’m a Buddhist.I’ve been sad right after reading through these posts from wiki.What can we do to save Korean Buddhism from persecutions and discrimination?

Spiritual conflict
Some Korean evangelical Christians have expressed hostility to Buddhism. There have been numerous dozen incidents of arson and vandalism against Buddhist shrines and amenities more than the last two many years, some of them really significant. (Numerous big temples were destroyed.) In some of these incidents, the perpetrators were recognized as Christians, or left messages denouncing “idol worship”.

    Buddhists go to hell!

    What is the point? Why not believe in Christianity, when its the only religion that actually promises something good after you die? Is it really worth it to burn in HELL, for eternity? Forever and ever and ever? You shouldn’t take any risks there!

    What exactly is your question anyway? It doesn’t make much sense. It is more informational. Im not going to read all that!
    I’m from korea, and alot of people are buddhist. Alot more are Christian though!
    IDK. Try getting an actual question.

    im sure if certain Christians go overboard in critisizing buddhism, God will judge them.

    As a Christian im ashamed of those who do it in such a way.

    we will spread gospel to ppl peacefully. if some go overboard, they will be judged. dont worry.
